As a PRE-ETS Manager, you will supervise and coordinate the Pre-Employment Transition Services for ECVC. Manage the planning and implementation of service programs for individuals in receiving PRE-ETS.Assures services being provided fall within the PRE-ETS category and are targeted at the students abilities and skills.Assures the maintenance of records, policies, and procedures necessary to comply with placing agent and CARF standards.Create and maintain systems to optimize workflow. Job duties may include but are not limited to providing direct services to students with disabilities ages 14-22 enrolled in the PRE-ETS program.Manage accurate and timely billing submissions for all billable services and milestone payments. Follow budgetary guidelines in coordinating department productivity for all areas.Prepare and submit quarterly milestone reports for PRE-ETS. Responsible for all data collection, formatting, proofreading, and processing of reports.Responsible for distribution/collection of all report documentation, consent forms, referrals, milestone approval forms to Vocational Rehabilitation counselors.Requirements:
Bachelors degree with 3-6 years in educational, transitional and/or vocational rehabilitation services. Masters degree a plusThree (3) years of experience in program oversight and development working within K-12 systemsMust be able to work with students with multiple Disabilities.Be able to work in a team environment and manage communications between schools and community agenciesValid drivers license and safe driving record to transport clients in company vehicles.Benefits:
