About Precast Production Personnel

　　REQUIREMENTS: Committed to safety at all times. Committed to qualityat all times. Excellent attendance. Reliable means of transportation toand from work. Ability to learn, organize and prioritize work and handlemultiple tasks. Outstanding attitude, honesty and ethic at all times.Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques andprocedures. Prepares forms for manufacturing products - Setup forms,assemble reinforcement cages, Layout and secure embeds, Place and finishconcrete. Skilled in using hand tools. Ability tostand/bend/stretch/reach/kneel/crawl, etc. Must be able to be on yourfeet for extended periods of time throughout work shift. Ability to liftand carry 50lbs.
