　　3rd Shift - Monday-Friday 11pm - 7am and every other Saturday

　　Compensation:

　　Pay range $20.17 - $25.22 per hour + shift premium ($1.00 for second shift)

　　Responsibilities

　　Pre Make Ready Associate position is responsible for consistently operating a zone of press machines at or above standard levels of operation considering waste, efficiency, and utilization. Directly charged with all phases of set-up, make-ready, maintenance of cylinders and all related parts, and housekeeping of related areas. Provide innovative solutions for production problems.

　　Essential duties and responsibilities: Duties performed by employees in this position will include, but not be limited to the following:

　　Prepares cylinders, dies and ink for jobs on printing press.

　　Prepares cylinders for shipment to engravers.

　　Washes all parts from printing press.

　　Completes various paperwork.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　High School Diploma or General Education Degree or 2 years related experience.

　　Demonstrated problem solving skills.

　　Basic understanding of machinery (Hydraulics and Pneumatics).

　　Ability to use hand tools to remove, install, and adjust parts of machine.

　　Frequent walking & constant standing.

　　The noise level in the work environment is consistently above 85 decibels.

　　Able to work with dust from paper converting process.

　　The employee constantly works near moving mechanical parts and lift trucks.

　　The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or vapors or hazardous products such as degreasers and silicone sprays.

　　Required to wear steel-toed shoes, bump cap, hair net, ear plugs, safety glasses in manufacturing area, and beard net required.

　　Ambient temp and humidity may be elevated during the summer months.
