Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create logical and functional software code in a variety of languages.

Produce and maintain Power BI reports.

Structure data in Power BI.

Engineer and develop Power BI capabilities to align with existing and emerging requirements.

Participate in team calls and meetings.

Provide accurate and timely status reports on the progress of assigned tasks.

Provide data and performance metrics for official reporting deliverables.

Coach and mentor lesser experienced junior developers.

Create and maintain documentation on Power BI processes and procedures.

Participate in period reviews of existing processes.

Required Skills and Experience

Experience in understanding and articulating the benefits and risks associated with different coding languages in different functional environments.

Experience reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary.

Experience with Power BI system design, modernization, and solution innovation.

Experience in BI Data Visualization.

Experience in Data Modeling.

Experience transferring reports to/from Power BI.

Professional Certifications n/a

Years of Professional Experience 5+ years’ experience in Oracle BI reporting products, especially OBIEE and data warehousing BI solutions

Desired experience n/a

Formal Education Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or an additional 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree

Citizenship Requirement U.S. Citizenship required for this specific opportunity

Security Clearance Requirements Must possess or qualify for a Public Trust (MBI)
