Description:

　　The Paint Line Operator will be required to perform tasks involving the powder coat production line and will be required to operate a variety of hand tools. Responsibilities will include loading and unloading an overhead conveyor, regular and consistent quality inspections, and preparing products for shipment. The Paint Line Operator will be responsible for efficient operation according to established procedures, following all safety protocols and workplace policies.

　　Responsibilities

　　Load and unload aluminum railings and components onto conveyor line

　　Industrial powder coating

　　Inserting PVC profile glazing in aluminum railings

　　Proper and safe handling of parts

　　Perform quality checks on products and parts

　　Inspect, package and label outgoing shipments

　　Operate forklift to help with loading and unloading shipments

　　Maintain clean work areas and equipment

　　Other duties as assigned

　　Knowledge & Skills

　　Ability to use and read a tape measure

　　Physically able to work in hot, cold, and fast paced environment

　　Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

　　Excellent organizational and time management skills.

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team and effectively able to solve problems and resolve conflicts with team members and customers in a constructive manner.

　　Experience

　　Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred

　　Experience completing routine maintenance operations and utilizing hand and power tools is preferred

　　Experience safely operating a lift truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
