  Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  Support material’s development initiatives to meet specific engineering needs.

  Basic knowledge of material’s characterization techniques.

  Basic knowledge of modeling software to predict chemical interactions and the compatibility of a material with existing components in a PCBA or another electrical device.

  Participate and document the results and the lessons learned of prototype builds to reduce the risk of future product’ failure.

  Prepare and issue technical reports.

  Develop process standards to ETTS products.

  Develop machine Statement of Work.

  Develop process Building Blocks.

  Support machine design reviews.

  Support mechanical drawing reviews.

  Understand and apply LEAN principles.

  Working closely with international teams.

  Qualifications and Requirements:

  Bachelor’s degree in Materials or Chemical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferred.

  Must have intermediate level software skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  Professional interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required

  Good English language skills (spoken and written)

  Familiarized with D-FMEA; P-FMEA; Control Plan tools.
