Position DescriptionThe Yeh Laboratory at CSHL Cancer Center (http://yehlab.labsites.cshl.edu) is looking for a postdoctoral fellow to carry out a new drug discovery project harnessing stapled peptide technology and diversity-oriented synthesis. The Yeh Lab is a highly-collaborative environment with state-of-the-art facilities and expertise in biotherapeutics engineering and chemical biology. The Yeh Lab also engages in several close collaborations with other research groups in CSHL. The postdoctoral fellow will enjoy the highly intellectual, cross-disciplinary and collaborative interactions at CSHL.Environment

　　Position RequirementsEDUCATION: Successful applicants will possess a Ph.D. degree or equivalent in a life science or chemical science discipline at the time of appointment.

　　Experience/Skill: Candidates interested in molecular engineering, stapled peptides & macrocycles chemistry are welcome to apply. PhD candidates expecting to complete their degree shortly are encouraged to apply. Expertise in peptide chemistry, macrocycle synthesis or chemical biology are strongly desired. This postdoc fellow will also be part of a new Chemistry for Biology initiative at CSHL.

The salary range or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., years of relevant experience, education, credentials, and internal equity).
