　　As Portfolio Strategy Manager, your role will be to identify product opportunities to better serve the unique needs of our customers in the China market.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Collaborate with Business Units, both local and global, to identify and prioritize product portfolio strategy based on opportunities in the Chinese market

　　Supports successful in-region product launches

　　Identifies and communicates market opportunities and builds business cases to support action

　　Manages regional product development roadmap and strategy

　　Collaborates and influences to secure resources for projects

　　Able to translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable strategies

　　Develop and improve practices for successfully implementing a coordinated multi-year BU portfolio roadmap

　　Identifies gaps and develops innovative ways to support long-term business goals & impact across the organization.

　　Qualifications and Requirements:

　　Advanced degree in Life Sciences and/or business subject area. Graduate degree or MBA preferred

　　4+ years of business development, product management, or equivalent experience in the life science industry

　　Strong experience building financial models and business proposals

　　Solid project management skills

　　Ability to influence across a sophisticated matrix organization

　　Willing and able to travel internationally as needed (estimated 10-20% per annum)

　　Proficient in English and Mandarin
