This role provides up to mid-level administrative support to internal Systems and Solutions Global Operations Teams, Emerson Impact Partners, or Field Sales Offices, working towards Customer Service Excellence through proactive communication, driving order fulfillment, and resolution of issues as needed and requested. Assists senior personnel in tasks requiring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standard practices.
In this role, your responsibilities will be: Customer Service
Respond excellently, accurately, and in a timely manner to customer contacts through calls and emails.
Proactively enlighten customers of any delays or risks in the order shipment.
Resolve customer complaints and order issues with proposed preventive and corrective action where applicable following the accurate path.
Educate FSO/EIPs/iCenters on any product or process updates
Conduct regular meetings with the Field Sales Office and Impact Partners regarding timely delivery, unclean orders, material issues, and order entry performance.
Facilitate closure of finance-related queries such as Corrective billing, Credit Notes/Memos, Pricing Issues, and Invoicing Issues.
Order Fulfilment
Review and acknowledge orders within the agreed service level
Advise customers of unclean orders and recommend appropriate action for resolution.
Review the order book daily to ensure that orders ship as per schedule.
Process change order and cancellation requests
Perform Manual order entry for internal and back-to-back Purchase Orders, Consignment orders, and Manual shipment orders.
Collaborate with internal teams/support to drive accurate and timely fulfillment of orders from book to invoice.
Continuous Improvement
Actively participate in meetings, trainings, and programs tied to company objectives
Support process improvements within the scope of work
Follows all department and company policies/procedures and all export regulations.
Analyze and identify Late Reasons for orders that missed the requested date and/or promise date due to customer issues and execution errors.

For this role, you will need:
Graduate of a 4-year course; any Engineering degree such as Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum of 2-5 years experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics Industry, Project Management, or any related field required.
Knowledge of ERP/Oracle Systems is an advantage
Intermediate to Advanced level on MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
Willing to work on flexible work schedules (including Philippine holidays)
Above average verbal and written English communication skills
Be able to provide support in a multilingual/multicultural environment
