　　Pool pharmacist working either every other or every 4th weekend and 2-3 holidays/year. This role includes performing functions including, but not limited to: order verification, pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing, and clinical initiatives such as IV to PO interchanges, micorbiology culture review and recommendations, and providing drug information.
