Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position in the Financial Services industry, based in Brookfield, Wisconsin. The role is for a Policy Production Associate, who will play a critical role in underwriting and compliance related tasks. This position will require the associate to work closely with clients, brokers, and regulatory agencies, while maintaining a high level of administrative assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate underwriting information to identify any discrepancies and determine desired coverages.

• Ensure the timely issuance of policies and endorsements in line with company deadlines.

• Maintain compliance with state statutes by verifying accurate form selection and completion.

• Collect and validate data for the completion of various regulatory filings.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve non-compliance issues, particularly in relation to Workers' Compensation.

• Monitor requests for information and ensure accurate and timely responses to meet company production standards and filing deadlines.

• Provide tax location information to the Statistical department within Company specific timelines.

• Calculate and process audit endorsements to meet company service standards.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking. Requirements • Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector

• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy

• Prior experience in Underwriting, demonstrating a deep understanding of its principles and applications

• Knowledge of Commercial Insurance, with the ability to manage related tasks and processes

• Familiarity with Compliance regulations within the Financial Services industry

• Proven experience in Auditing, with a strong emphasis on detail and process adherence

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, demonstrating advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis

• Efficient in Computer Data Entry, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
