Respond to and investigate offences against persons and property. Respond to volatile situations such as terrorist attacks, hostage situations, and armed robbery. Question and apprehend suspects utilizing the appropriate level of authorized force. Investigate traffic accidents to include the collection of technical data and interview subjects with knowledge of the accident or incident. Conduct traffic and security patrols to enforce federal, state, Department of Defense, Department of the Army and local regulations. Serve as desk sergeant performing operational and administrative duties. Write incident and activity reports. Direct, escort, and protect VIPs and visitors. Provide installation access control.
