　　Site Supervisor Roles and Responsibilities:

　　We are seeking a site supervisor within our Hydrogen team located at Martinez, Northern California.

　　The Site Supervisor role is a key member of the management team for the Northern California HYCO facilities. This position will have day to day responsibility with a broad range of duties focused on ensuring all aspects of operational discipline are in place and functioning properly for the Martinez, California SMR (Steam Methane Reformer) Facility. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with the plant and regional support teams as well as contractors. The position reports to the Northern California Area Manager.

　　Required Skills / Abilities

　　Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

　　Lead a team of 14 Operators and develop site talent through coaching, training, and progression boards.

　　Manage the sites’ Basic Safety Process and Process Safety Management and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

　　Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to coordinate scheduled/unscheduled work, set maintenance priorities and plan maintenance activities

　　Ensure compliance with Preventive Maintenance programs and Mechanical Integrity programs

　　Support of all aspects of the day-to-day operation by troubleshooting plant process problems, driving plant projects, and understanding safe operating, design, permit limits.

　　Investigate incidents and near misses, understand and correct the root cause of failures.

　　Daily interface with on-site Refinery partner to coordinate product supply and site safety

　　Manage plant budget

　　Work with HYCO Site Services group for Projects and Turnaround Planning

　　Able to respond and support plant issues on a 24/7 basis

　　Education and Licensing Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required

　　Strong manufacturing/production background and experience

　　This position requires to be on site.

　　The expected pay range for this job varies based on location. In California, the expected pay range is $120,350 - $156,500 plus bonus.
