　　ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Load stock in pocket feeder during set upOrders out jobs and confirms set up with Assistant OperatorRemoves/adds loaders or tablesAssist on the end of the BinderMaintains and sort end boardsMove up stock and back up skidsAssist on belt when trimmer goes downA team player with great interpersonal skillsOther duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS

　　Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality of finished productAbility to work in a fast paced environment with time sensitive constraintsEnsure exceptional quality of finished productAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasksMust be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligationsMust work well with othersMust be flexible and open to change when neededMust be willing to work overtime as neededThe ability to work 12 hour shiftsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

　　High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1-year bindery experienceCOMMUNICATION SKILLS

　　The ability to read and write EnglishThe ability to communicate effectively both orally and verballyMATHEMATICAL SKILLS

　　Ability to perform basic math skillsAbility to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversionsPROBLEM SOLVING
