　　What will you do?

　　The PMO Sr Manager will be responsible to drive the Skin Health Product Strategy to deliver balanced and sufficient innovation/ sustainable cost programs enabling Franchise profitable growth goals in line with 3 Year operating plans and long-range financial plan. He/She will also be leading the Value Stream Governance, working in close partnership with Commercial partners, R&D and other areas in Operations.

　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Create, manage, and communicate the E2E Skin Health supply chain product strategy, owning the narrative of what and how the value stream will satisfy customer and commercial needs, trought PSR process.

　　Ensure optimization of E2E supply chain performance.

　　Prioritize and manage the Skin Health project portfolio (NPD, LCM (Compliance, Cost Reduction, Resilience among others) and ensure its alignment to the product strategy.

　　Facilitate the development of project business cases for the successful approval of strategy-critical objectives.

　　Assess, identify, and manage portfolio complexity opportunities.

　　Strategically manage the supply network and capacity in collaboration with the sector’s network leader.

　　Ensure that the VMS processes as implemented within the segment are high performing.

　　The liaison to business plan, 3YOP plan and franchise volumes.

　　Lead PMO organization that leads Innovation and LCM projects into Skin Health segment.

　　Qualifications

　　What we are looking for:

　　Required Qualifications:

　　A Minimum of A Bachelor’s Degree.

　　5 years Supply Chain experience.

　　Great communication and influence skills and resilience.

　　Advanced Level of Excel.

　　Advanced Level of English (Spanish will be a plus).

　　Experience in Skin Health environment.
