Workwith Engineering Managers and management to ensure that prioritizedprograms are properly resourced. Relentlessly, stay on top of projectrisks (technical, schedule, cost, and quality) to prevents risks frombecoming issues. Collaborate with technical leads and PM to create adetail technical proposal after contract is awarded, ensuring customersign off before project work starts. Collaborate with technical leadsand PM to ensure scope and requirement freeze at ITCM. Collaborate withleaders of other departments to ensure that program deliverables aremet. Present program status, milestones, risks, and mitigation plans atweekly program review. Participate in Zero Gates meetings. Participatein monthly PMRs. Prepare slides for monthly program updates. Support thecreation of Technical Proposal and working with the PE and PM, ensurecustomer sign off before project work starts Ensure adequate andeffective cross functional design reviews per process flow Thoroughunderstanding of the design process flow. Ensure completion of systemlevel requirement analysis. Promote product (or component) reuse in-lieuof new design Enforce that all documentations are accurate, adequate,and correct Be aware of critical path and work towards achievingschedule 5+ Years of project engineering and/or project managementexperience.
