Kforce has a client that is seeking a PMM with Experimentation and A/B Testing experience in Redmond, WA. Our client is a cutting-edge provider of world class software, solutions, and services.Team Scope:This team is a part of the go-to-market team and focuses on direct and app store sales channels. They are focused on growing new customers.Responsibilities:

　　Rhythm of business management

　　PMM will partner with Stakeholders in go-to-market team and engineering to define experiments to run, roughly 5-12 experiments a month

　　Create content and experiments in an internal A/B testing tool

　　Develop targeting messaging for each experiment ran

　　In partnership with engineering, the PMM will use A/B testing tool to capture, synthesize, and summarize customer growth as a result of A/B tests; Based on findings, define parameters for future experiments

　　Analyze and assess data based on findings from experiments

　　Must have experience doing multi-variant, high volume experiments

　　Possesses a marketing background/skill to build targeted messaging

　　Experienced in content creation

　　Ability to analyze and assess data sets, post experiments, and provide input/recommendations on growth ideas

　　Self-Starter

　　Motivated

　　Preferred experience with experimentation tool (Adobe Target, Bluecore, Iris, etc.)

　　The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
