　　ScheduleMonday - Friday, 8am - 4pmPOSITION SUMMARY:  The Plumbing/Maintenance Supervisor troubleshoots, fixes, repairs and/or replaces plumbing and steam systems as well as provides routine facility maintenance.

　　DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintains the facilities' plumbing and steam systems including installation of new equipmentMaintains and performs preventative maintenance (PM) in accordance with established PM schedulesCommunicates daily with supervisors and staff (via telephone and email) regarding facilities maintenance issuesCreates and maintains work logs in accordance with Pennsylvania Department of Environmental ProtectionArranges work orders as they are received and completes in order of priorityMaintains stock inventory and orders materials as neededMaintains and updates computer database once systems have been serviced and/or replaced Responds to requests for information by accessing relevant facility filesProvides routine building maintenance as neededOversees the work activities of the Maintenance Repair PersonTrains new hires in the department regarding handling of general work processes as well as how to handle basic plumbing issuesProvides supervision of assigned staff in the areas including, but not limited to, recruitment, selection, leadership, coaching, training, performance management, promotion, discipline and terminationOversees the work activity of any plumbing contractorProvides back-up coverage for other maintenance supervisors as neededPerforms On call responsibilities for building maintenance after hoursPerforms other duties as assigned

　　EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:Master Plumber license with eligibility to transfer license to Middletown Township, PennsylvaniaFive (5) years' experience as a plumberOne (1) year providing supervision preferredExperience working in building trades preferredAbility to read and understand blueprints preferredKnowledge of and proficient in relevant computer systems related to the fieldDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a teamMust possess excellent customer interaction and written and verbal communication skillsMust have current, valid driver's license in state of residence, three (3) years driving experience in the United States, and acceptable driving record
