Wellness Program
We are looking for new team members who independently perform journeyman level duties in designing, constructing, installing, or maintaining building systems or equipment, ensuring that the finished product meets all standards and requirements for safety, is functional, efficient and comfortable for the occupants or users. Monitors problems in equipment or systems and recommends solutions to alleviate them.
Responsibilities
Learns to operate new equipment, test equipment, tools and/or software as soon as possible after it is received.
Maintains purchase request and other financial files in a legible, orderly and timely manner.
Works with other crafts and coordinates with them to allow work to be completed on schedule.
Consistently produces a satisfactory quantity of work with no decrease in quality.
Communicates and performs work satisfactorily under stressful conditions.
Communicates clearly and effectively with a broad range of personalities.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least three (3) years’ work experience in plumbing
Completed or Enrolled in a four year apprenticeship program in plumbing
Pay Range
$19.68 - $27.06 /hour
