  We are looking for a Service and Support Supervisor.  The Service and Support Supervisor will utilize their expertise to perform a wide variety of duties that support the Service Department at the Houston contact center.

  Location: This position will be HYBRID out the following home office location: 10150 Meanley Drive, San Diego, CA 92131

  The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000- $80,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

  What you will do:

  Ensure Service and Support associates are meeting internal and external customer service expectations.

  First point of contact for questions from Client Service Representative (CSR) and initial point of contact for escalated calls.

  Resolve escalated calls, researching complex questions from field representatives and ensure follow-up occurs for inquiries requiring extra attention.

  Actively review processes and procedures to find ways to improve current policies.

  Serve as dedicated Subject Matter Expert on policies and procedures for Service and Support.

  Train new associates to ensure analysts are consistently giving accurate information and company policies and procedures are followed.

  Monitor trends in the department to address in staff meetings.

  Listen to calls for quality assurance, monitor and review Zen Desk tickets for efficiency and accuracy.

  Monitor call boards to ensure calls are answered within stated Service Levels, take calls as needed to maintain service levels.

  High School Diploma or GED Equivalency. 1 year Home Office / Broker Dealer experience required.

  Previous supervision experience.

  Must possess excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail. Must also have strong multi-tasking skills.

  Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to energize and excite team members to exceed expectations.

  Possess high ethical standards including honesty, integrity, and dedication.

  Applicant must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  Strong customer service skills

  Ability to manage time effectively.

  Ability to make decisions quickly and decisively.

  Ability to work independently onsite or remotely.

  ++Preferred+

  2 years securities industry experience FINRA SIE or Series 7 license
