　　Responsibilities:

　　As a Platform Ecosystem Manager, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the growth, scalability, and evolution of our platform-based ecosystem. You'll be at the helm of a cutting-edge initiative that facilitates seamless interactions between Siemens AG factories, building locations managers and our internal and external Solution Providers. Here's what your role will encompass:

　　Ecosystem Expansion: Lead the charge in expanding the platform's reach into additional business domains such as Real Estate, offering Search and Matching functionalities to Location Managers.

　　Scalable Architecture: Harness the power of APIs and AI in our scalable architecture to ensure efficient scaling of the solution across diverse business landscapes.

　　Market Concepts: Devise market concepts and go-to-market strategies, partner concepts to cater not only to internal Siemens AG needs but also external demands, ensuring the platform's relevance beyond our organization.

　　Business Development: Identify and address customer needs, crafting scalable concepts, go-to-market plans, and developing a comprehensive business case to scale & grow.

　　Project Management: Utilize your expertise in project management to oversee the development of the releases, and scaling of the platform, ensuring milestones are achieved efficiently.

　　Community Building: Foster communities, drive marketing initiatives, and facilitate effective communication strategies to enhance the platform's visibility and adoption.

　　What you need to make real what matters:

　　Proven experience in Project Management, Business Development, or Platform Economy.

　　Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service Management is a plus.

　　Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building and scaling platform ecosystems.

　　Strong understanding of API integration, AI, and scalable architecture.

　　Visionary thinker capable of driving the platform's evolution and expansion into new business domains.

　　Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

　　You are a systemic problem solver and you are able to connect the dots.

　　You play in teams and have excellent people skills and the adaptability to connect quickly with people.

　　Proficiency in English.
