　　We are looking for Team Leader Testing and Commissioning _ Train Set

　　You’ll make a difference by

　　Responsible for preparing type test protocol with taking support of PRU and Engineering Team.

　　Responsible for type test of complete Train as well as homologation.

　　Providing technical support to Service Engineer and Authorized service provider Service Engineer as well as customer.

　　Consistently managing the customer relationship for smooth execution of the orders.

　　Coordinate on-site & off-site activities to ensure proper work progress.

　　Responsible to closing customer issues on time.

　　Hands on experience of managing Internal and External customers.

　　Leading all discussions and interfaces within the organization and towards customer stakeholders

　　Consolidation of commissioning data Quality issues data and other required data and sharing to respective team and define action plan to implementation in filed.

　　Hardware/software issues data re-consolidation.

　　Handling Authorized service provider Service Engineer team

　　Managing the key KPIs of execution viz. Quality, Cost and Time

　　Authorized service provider service Engineer movement control for railway Production unit

　　Desired Skills:

　　Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering OR E&E (Electrical Engineering) completed by recognized University and good understanding of electrical Schematic, logic and controls.

　　Team leading capability and minimum experience of 7-10 years of Train set Vande Bharat Train/Metro Train, EMU, MEMU, commissioning & Services.

　　Demonstrable expertise in Troubleshooting and fault finding, analysis in terms of complete Electric and Trains will be added advantage.

　　Expertise in Troubleshooting of complete Electric and rolling stock equipment’s like Converters, TCMS, Brake system of the trains.

　　Good understanding of electrical installations of Rolling stock Equipment’s and electrics.

　　A Well-structured approach to problem solving and ability to learn fast.

　　Ability to work effectively in close collaboration with multidisciplinary team’s internal stake holder.

　　Good communication skills in English, Hindi both written and spoken, other languages are an advantage.
