　　Qualifications

　　• High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong knowledge of mold and injection molding processes. • Good written and oral communication skills. • Able to operate lift equipment • Must have working knowledge of tool room equipment.

　　Responsibilities

　　• Prioritize and direct work schedule. • Perform molded part set-ups on Injection Molding Machinery and Peripheral Equipment. Follow optimized process programs. Perform part inspections and evaluations. Create or develop processes using systematic molding techniques. Follow SOE’s and SOP’s. • Adjust processes as needed to maintain highest quality parts and assure equipment is running at peak efficiency. • Clean and inspect molds, return to appropriate staging area. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S housekeeping standards. • Able to work closely with others in the department.5
