　　Plant WD Finishing | Finishing Lead Shift 2

　　Position Overview

　　Responsible for assisting the supervisor in the daily operation of the shift.

　　I. Essential Duties:

　　Maintain a working knowledge of all jobs in the coater department in order to relieve, replace or assist in employee absences

　　Provide instructions/directions/guidance to all line personnel

　　Perform Tuftbind and Delamination test when needed

　　Fill in for supervisor when needed

　　Perform periodic weight checks

　　Respond to any issues that arise during the shift

　　Work Shift

　　8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
