Main responsibilities:

　　Managing and leading of purchasing processes for Direct and Indirect materials in a way that ensures compliance with company procedures;

　　Planning and executing activities to improve cost efficiency;

　　Interface between the Site and the Procurement organization for all Direct and Indirect material related matters, including Supplier Quality;

　　Creating purchasing strategies and quality improvement plans for local suppliers;

　　Manage, coach and develop the Procurement team at the Site.

　　Requirements:

　　Minimum of 5 years of procurement experience in a similar position in an automotive company;

　　Ability to plan own and subordinate team's work;

　　Effective communication and negotiation skills;

　　Result oriented and focused on practical problem solving;

　　Master/Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a business or engineering discipline;

　　Fluent in English.
