ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS: Responsiblefor general building maintenance such as changing lights, paint, minorelectrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Run errands such as transportingitems between Kinetic building locations and collecting items athardware stores. Provide ground maintenance such as snow removal on mainwalkways, maintain trees, shrubs and flowers. Complete custodialcleaning such as cleaning up spills, cleaning of machines andsurrounding area, and keeping work stations clean and organized.Supports the production work team including but not limited to, emptyingscrap hoppers, restocking supplies and performing corrective action onsafety related projects. Directs work of other plant maintenanceassociates. COMPETENCIES: Cost Consciousness - Develops and implementscost saving measures. Quantity - Meets productivity standards. Safetyand Security - Observes safety and security procedures; reportspotentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and materials properly.QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years\'experience in light handyman and/or custodial work. A valid Driver\'slicense with a good driving record. Ability to read, write andcomprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Abilityto add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, usingwhole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to regularly liftand/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50pounds.
