　　The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Plant Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

　　Serving as the primary financial business partner for the Decatur, AL Chemical & Film Plant

　　Leading plant and business teams through annual operating plan, monthly forecasting and review processes

　　Influencing strategies, priorities, and resource allocation decisions for the business

　　Collaborating with cross-functional business team members to assess the impact, prioritize and implement initiatives to help the organization meet its financial and operational goals

　　Leading or participating in special projects

　　Ensuring compliance with 3M’s Global Financial Standards

　　Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution

　　Four (4) years of finance/accounting experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

　　Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

　　Excellent influencing, written and verbal communication skills

　　Experience leading others and contributing on cross-functional teams

　　Excellent organizational skills

　　Work location:

　　Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

　　Travel: May include up to 10% domestic

　　Relocation Assistance: Relocation may be authorized

　　Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

　　Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

　　Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $115,607 - $141,298, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
