As a Plant Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our organization and contribute to our mission of excellence in the manufacturing industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plant Controller to oversee financial operations at the Allentown, PA facility. As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for managing the plant's financial activities, implementing effective financial controls, and providing strategic insights to drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the plant.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements, including month-end and year-end close activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement robust financial controls to mitigate risks and optimize financial processes.
Provide insightful financial analysis to support decision-making at both operational and executive levels.
Collaborate with corporate finance teams to ensure alignment with overall financial goals and objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Plant Controller or in a similar financial leadership role.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and cost control principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Manufacturing Experience
Local to the Lehigh Valley, PA area
SAP or similar ERP system knowledge
