Providing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearlyfinancial data to the site and allow for decision making and adequatefinancial reviews. How you will do it Assist in month-end closing cycle,including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis andreporting. To prepare and submit to the operations plant efficiency,productivity, hours standards, and overhead generated in the plant(s)Daily Sales report and Daily Open Orders report, to provide the sitewith close visibility on our status to Sales to the business.Reconciliation between ERP and BI Tool on sales data communicated.Participation in the RMA/Cancellation process from Customer service toprovide financial clarity and guidance. Consolidation on Shipping andReceiving discrepancies at month end cutoff date and providing accrualrequests if needed. Quarterly revenue recognition review and accrual ofSales and COGs as needed. Quarterly Excess & Obsolete estimates based oncompany\'s policy as well as review with the operations for any specificreserves.
