Develop effective relationships with the internal and external suppliers that administer different process according the area. Identify and help to resolve operational issues and support process improvements. Work cross functionally with internal teams.
Job Description
Responsabilities:
Support the operations team to execute according the shop needs.
Actively participate on developing new plans for upcoming of possible scenarios, mitigate risks and increase productivity.
Provide consistent and timely reporting on shop key metrics.
Participate on EHS and Quality (concern reporting, investigation, and resolutions, etc.)
Oversee the logging/vouchering of production hours through vouchering system.
Complete/produce shipping documentation.
Qualifications:
Active student of Industrial Engineering Bachelor's Degree with at least a year to graduate.
Full-time shift availability (40 hours weekly)
Intermediate - Advanced English level.
Proficient in Excel.
Basic knowledge in Logistics.
