　　Are you a dynamic and experienced professional with a passion for property management? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Property Manager for our mobile home park in San Diego, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our community and enhance the living experience for our residents.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Tenant Relations:

　　Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.

　　Ensure open communication channels to enhance community engagement.

　　Leasing and Occupancy:

　　Oversee the leasing process, from application to move-in.

　　Maintain accurate records of occupancy, leases, and rent payments.

　　Maintenance and Repairs:

　　Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs in collaboration with maintenance staff and contractors.

　　Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address issues proactively.

　　Financial Management:

　　Monitor and manage the property budget effectively.

　　Collect and track rent payments, ensuring timely processing.

　　Regulatory Compliance:

　　Stay informed about local and state regulations related to mobile home parks.

　　Ensure the property's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in property management, preferably in mobile home parks.

　　Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

　　Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Knowledge of relevant local and state housing laws and regulations.

　　Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
