**Basic Function: Timeline Planning & release processing
Duties and Responsibilities: **
Build and maintain unit-based timelines & ensure alignment with PM high level/Milestone timingupdate unit-based timelinesmaterial status reviewsAttend and support weekly critical path preparation meetingsEscalate critical path issues to critical path tracking documentationEscalate timing concerns to project managementMaintain open issue deck for PM team.Support CFT and Whiteboard meetingsReview and process design releases for assigned projectsEnsure hot releases are processed as first priority.Review and process MRF and Unipoint releasesReview kit matrix and timelines for timing and sourcing information for each unit.Contact PM, master scheduler, or planning manager as necessary to resolve timing/sourcing concernsUse Manuf. strategy and or review releases w/ purchasing for low-cost country sourcing directionPerform inventory scrub on all releasesEnter sourcing information on BOMsRun detail, assembly, and controls prints for machine shop and manufacturing team.Ensure machine shop completes all necessary sourcing info.Ensure all BOM items have sourcing locationSend Processing completion email notificationProvide copies of Release memo and BOM to all departments based on the defined sourcing.Compile daily purchasing handoff log and meet with purchasing rep. for handoff.**Prerequisites:
Educational: High School Diploma required. Two-year degree preferred.
Experience: Timeline or material routing/processing experience in an automotive environment.Machine shop or manufacturing build experience a Plus.
