　　Your role at Clorox:

　　The main objective of this position is to develop a preventive plan that ensures the efficiency, reliability, and optimal availability of production equipment. This role involves creating and executing preventive and predictive maintenance plans to minimize unplanned downtime, extend machinery lifespan, and reduce costs associated with unscheduled repairs and replacements, in alignment with the company's quality, safety, and productivity standards.

　　In this role, you will:

　　Key Responsibilities Include:

　　Daily planning of preventive maintenance tasks utilizing information gathered from meetings with team leaders, historical preventive maintenance tasks, and feedback from previous maintenance activities, ensuring efficient scheduling of maintenance activities.

　　Annual planning of preventive maintenance activities, taking into account annual maintenance tasks, improvements, and input from production line maintenance supervisors.

　　Analysis and management of critical spare parts, including the generation of purchase requests in SAP and negotiation with suppliers to ensure timely availability of necessary components.

　　Development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of maintenance activities and identify areas for improvement.

　　Preparation of comprehensive reports to communicate maintenance performance, issues, and recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

　　What we look for:

　　We are seeking Technicians or students in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields with 3 years of experience in similar positions.

　　Analytical mindset, numerical skills, and a high capacity for information analysis and processing.

　　Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of databases, statistics, Power BI and SAP.

　　Team-oriented with a service-oriented attitude.

　　Intermediate English level.

　　Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, fluid dynamics, pumps, blow molding packaging lines, and conveyor belts.
