　　Job Title: Piping Planner

　　Job Summary:

　　EMCOR Services Scalise Industries has an immediate need for a Piping Planner at its office in Lawrence, PA. This position will prepare necessary design and coordination drawings consistent with project plans and specifications.

　　General Functions and Responsibilities:

　　Provide necessary design and coordination drawings including:

　　Shop drawings and detail drawings.

　　Sleeve penetration drawings.

　　Coordination drawings.

　　Prefabrication drawings.

　　As-built drawings.

　　Read and understand contract drawings, schedules and specifications.

　　Prepare design / drafting on AutoCAD MEP 2022, Revit 2022 & Navisworks 2022.

　　Be able to work closely with Project Managers and associated personnel relating to contract changes, equipment buyouts, RFIs, change orders, etc.

　　Additional Duties:

　　Actively be involved with the Job Supervisors, Foremen and Project Managers to provide information and assist in the solution of design related problems.

　　Have a good knowledge of the construction process.

　　Working with the Prefabrication Department in the fabrication of work going to the field.

　　Attend coordination meetings with various trades as a representative of the company.

　　Navigate folder structures to locate and retrieve required information in job folders.

　　Understand file naming conventions to have the ability to send or receive and accurately place files in appropriate locations.

　　Qualifications:

　　Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the plumbing and/or HVAC piping industry.

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting design and coordination drawings in the plumbing and/or HVAC industry on AutoCAD MEP, Revit & Navisworks6.
