　　WSP has a Consultant Inspection Services Contract with Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission. Currently we are looking for a Pipeline Inspector I for either Laurel, Lyttonsville, or Gaithersburg MD.

　　Your Impact

　　Duties include but are not limited to:

　　• Inspect the construction and rehabilitation of the water/sewer main lines

　　• Inspect the service lateral connections

　　• Inspect relocation of water/ sewer lines

　　• Inspection of sewer and manhole installation/rehabilitation

　　• Ensure contractor compliance with plans and specifications

　　• Review plans for constructability and prepare comments

　　• Generate an Inspector’s Daily Report detailing jobsite activities

　　• Perform construction quality control and reviews

　　Who You Are

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　• Experienced inspecting three or more water/sewer contracts in the past five years .

　　• 3 years of experience in water/sewer construction, sewer main lining, sewer manhole lining, replacement by excavation and pipe bursting.

　　• High School Diploma

　　• Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.

　　• Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies.
