Aerotek's client is looking for Pipefitters to assist with projects in the Baltimore, MD and Winchester, VA area

　　Description:

　　Read and understand P&ID and orthogonal drawings.

　　Disseminate & create isometric drawings.

　　Experience with some or all of the following:

　　Carbon Steel – Threaded, butt weld, socket weld (1/2” thru 24”)

　　Stainless Steel – Threaded, butt weld, socket weld (1/2” thru 12”)

　　Fiberglass – Butt wrap & socket (4” thru 24”)

　　PVC – Socket & SDR-35 (1/2” thru 6”)

　　HDPE – Fusion Weld (4” thru 24”)

　　Copper – Threaded & Socket (sweat) (1/2” thru 3”)

　　Responsible for layout pipelines including changes in elevation, direction & flow (ie – take-outs for elbows, rolling off-sets, etc…).

　　Install in-line instrumentation, valves, and other appurtenances.

　　Occasional weekend work required, normal week is working (4) - 10s starting at 6:30 AM

　　Work will be split from VA and MD

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　2+ years of pipe fitting experience

　　Must have reliable transportation

　　Must be able to work M-Thursday 630am - 5pm and some weekends (4 - 10s)

　　(Disqualify) - commercial and residential pipefitting experience, and candidates with significant union backgrounds. Candidates must have a background in chemical, manufacturing, power plants, etc

　　Experience Level:

　　Intermediate LevelQualified candidates will be given a call within 48 ours of submitting and application
