About Physician Recruitment Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

The Manager, Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop high-performing employees. This role partners with leadership to align talent initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a strong and engaged workforce. The Manager, Talent Management leads the recruitment team, oversees hiring processes, and drives initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the organization.

Essential Functions

Develops and implements a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.

Partners with department heads and hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.

Leads a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, and professional development.

Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure recruitment success and hiring effectiveness.

Oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

Ensures an exceptional candidate experience through streamlined and engaging hiring processes.

Implements best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in hiring and talent management strategies.

Leverages data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.

Collaborates with HR and organizational leadership to drive workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce planning, or human resources required

1-3 years of management or leadership experience overseeing recruitment or talent management teams required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, recruitment strategies, and workforce planning.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess hiring trends and optimize processes.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.

Knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and DEI principles in talent management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR technology platforms.
