Job Summary: As the Physician Liaison, your key responsibilityis to cultivate and nurture robust connections with targeted referralsources. Implementing strategic field call approaches, you will play apivotal role in enhancing service line and program volumes, aligningwith Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin\'s growth strategies.We value candidates who can quickly develop a solid grasp of prioritizedclinical diagnoses and procedures across our specialties. Previousexperience in a clinical setting or physician relations is preferred.This role encompasses northern, central and northeastern Wisconsin,making a candidate residing in this area desirable. Acting as a trustedadvisor, you will be the positive face of our health network,representing our brand, capabilities, medical staff expertise andpatient experience to referral sources, and fostering and strengtheningcrucial health system relationships. Meticulous documentation of fieldactivities in a CRM is essential to ensure a comprehensive record ofinteractions and support strategic decision-making and demonstratevalue. Travel is a vital component within your territory, includingoccasional weekends for educational events. Additional responsibilitiesmay be assigned as needed. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of three years of outside, field sales experienceis required. Experience in physician/practice relationships ispreferred. Clinical experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:Bachelor\'s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or healthcarefocus is required. In lieu of a related degree a minimum of 2 additionalyears of relevant experience is required. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including physicianrelationships.
