We hope you'll join us. About the position Park Nicollet Clinic is seeking an internal medicine or family medicine physician to join its innovative Smart Care clinic at PNC - St. Louis Park. Deliver comprehensive services in health promotion, screening, diagnosis and disease management through alternative delivery methods such as e-visits, telephone visits, and video visits with fewer in-person traditional office visits. Provide team based care with other highly skilled physicians, advanced practice clinicians and nurses who will practice to the fullest extent of their training and licensure.
