GENERAL PURPOSE

　　Assists in the treatment of patients as directed by the Physical Therapist and participates as an active member of the outpatient services team. Services may be performed in therapy clinic or individual patient residence.

　　Position: Physical Therapy Assistant - PTA

　　Hours: will consider part and full-time applicants

　　flexibility: Monday thru Friday, No weekends or evenings

　　Setting: Assisted and Independent Living

　　Location: All Saints, Shakopee, MN

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　High school diploma or equivalent

　　Graduate from a Physical Therapy Assistant program

　　Current licensure as Physical Therapy Assistant or ability to obtain in state of practice and/or nationally certified

　　Previous experience in outpatient, preferred

　　Current CPR certification, if practicing in home health
