　　Graduate of a physical therapist assistant associate degree program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association. PTA certification required.

　　Home care experience preferred.

　　Possess current Michigan motor vehicle license, ability to drive a car, and insured vehicle capable of transport to patient homes or other offices under various weather conditions.

　　SPECIFIC DUTIES

　　Promotes personal and patient safety.

　　Provides client care services which have been delegated by the physical therapist

　　Prepares clinical and progress notes

　　Participates in educating the client and family
