Description

　　Provides evaluation, care and treatment of patients with physical disabilities and pain within the scope of practice as a licensed Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist participates in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement therapeutic interventions and instructional programs pertinent to physical therapy. Demonstrates knowledge and good skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patient served.

　　This posting is for multiple openings of a Physical Therapist at Providence St Elias Specialty Hospital in Anchorage, AK. We offer several openings for various FTEs and shifts. We are hiring for the following positions in the Physical Therapy Department:

　　Physical Therapist - Full-Time (1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week) - $5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires, and Relocation Assistance available for eligible hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

　　Physical Therapist - Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy; from an accredited university

　　Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire

　　National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
