Job Description:

　　Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

　　Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

　　The inpatient rehabilitation team at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center in Duluth, MN, seeks a 0.7 FTE Physical Therapist to join our team.

　　The PT in this position will:

　　Work with a robust team of PTs, OTs and SLPs alongside nurses and other inpatient caregivers.

　　Also work at Essentia Health-Duluth - floating between there and St. Mary's Medical Center - a Level I Adult Trauma Center.

　　Work a weekend/holiday rotation

　　Treat patients with varying conditions from neuro, ortho, cardiac, behavioral health, general medicine/surgery, oncology and more.

　　The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
