EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Relevant inpatient/outpatientexperience is preferred.EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelors, Masters, orDoctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program isrequired.LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: WI state license as a Physical Therapistis required. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for theHealthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is requiredwithin 90 days.
