　　Select Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema) in Fairbanks, AK

　　Our physical therapy center in Fairbanks, AK is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist to join our diverse group of therapists. We are a highly trained and respected physical therapy team that provides preventative and rehabilitative services that help improve quality of life for the community in which they live and work.

　　Clinic Details: We are an outpatient clinic which specializes in general orthopedics, women's and men's pelvic health, cancer rehabilitation, sports medicine, vestibular/balance/concussion, geriatrics, general neuro, and mild to moderate complexity hand therapy.

　　Interested in also helping people affected by cancer? Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation Program team, who provide rehabilitative services to help improve quality of life for people affected by cancer. Licensed clinical experience and interest in cancer rehabilitation/pelvic floor required, experience preferred. Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse patient population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Pelvic floor training will be supported for candidates with interest but no experience. 　　Responsibilities

　　Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical TherapyCurrent State Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practiceCardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification requiredLicensed clinical experiencePreferred Qualifications:
