　　Travel pay packages up to $2,996.00 weekly

　　Local pay rate $70.00 per hour

　　Shift: Days (8hrs)

　　Start Date: ASAP

　　Contract length: 13 weeks

　　Physical Therapist (PT) Qualification and Requirements:

　　Graduate of accredited physical therapy program

　　Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in applicable state (CO)

　　American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers

　　1+ years experience within the specialty

　　Additional certifications may be required.
