Concentra'smarket specific rate/range will be provided during the interview process.Concentra, one of the largest health care companies in the nation, islooking for a Physiatrist / Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialistto come on site to our location as a 1099 independent contractor. This roleis a contract position and is meant to compliment your current practice. Atypical partnership will involve treating patients on site at Concentra forapproximately a 4-hour shift on a weekly or biweekly basis.Concentra Advanced Specialists assist in the management of medically complexpatients, expedite return to work and functional restoration. Workingcollaboratively with medical and therapy providers, you will providespecialist services - including EMGs and NCS - for orthopedic andneuromusculoskeletal work related injuries. In addition, you willcommunicate with employers and take an active role in the case management.The treatments you provide will make a tremendous difference in the lives ofthose who look to us for care and comfort.

　　Half a day per week or biweeklyFlexible scheduling with consideration of your private practiceMust be able to perform EMGs / NCSThis position is an independent contractor role for Concentra. Compensationfor services is determined by a revenue share model.

　　Qualifications

　　Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuriesLicensure requirements of the state of practiceGraduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited universityUnrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdictionBoard Certification or Board Eligibility in Physical Medicine andRehabilitationMust have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site
