　　Essential Job Functions:

　　Create and monitor schedules; ensure on-time deliverables.

　　Review project for clear inputs, clarify ambiguity, and create a plan.

　　Manage workflows and coordinate all activities surrounding shoots.

　　Do estimates and get quotes.

　　Schedule outside services: book talent, locations, equipment rental, permits, etc.

　　Manage costs associated with project budgets.

　　Issue purchase orders and process invoices.

　　Manage rights and releases.

　　Manage talent database and work with creative users to cast.

　　Create photo shoot plans, call sheet and obtain appropriate approvals.

　　Communicate plans effectively.

　　Problem solve to create desired outputs and smooth-running sets.

　　Supervisory Responsibilities:

　　No direct reports.

　　Work Environment: Most of the time is spent while sitting at a computer. Position does require lifting, standing, stooping, bending, climbing ladders, and regular movement throughout the day. Occasional offsite location shooting and outdoor activity are required.

　　Education (Preferred): Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

　　Work Experience (Required):

　　At least 5+ years of photo/video or design studio producing or project management experience.

　　Strong knowledge of studio workflows, scheduling, budgets, estimating and financial reporting, merchandise, and digital asset management systems.

　　Good verbal and written communication skills.

　　Proficiency in project management software, MS Office.

　　Proven ability to build relationships and lead others.

　　Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and details.

　　Ability to adapt well to changing priorities. Must have both aesthetic and technical acumen.
