　　Essential Functions ?

　　Labels, processes and delivers specimens for testing.

　　Collects blood specimens using age-appropriate techniques.

　　Maintains equipment and medical supplies.

　　Assists with coordinating and conducting blood drives, including interviewing and screening donors.

　　Job Requirements ?

　　Required SkillsCertifications:X Basic Life Support (BLS) □ Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) □ Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) □ Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) □ Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)

　　*Note: employee has 30 days to obtain certification from hire or transfer date

　　Required SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
