Pharmacy Technician

　　Job Description:

　　Pharmacy Technician will join a team of 12 in an Infectious Disease specialty pharmacy.

　　Duties Include:

　　Prescription refill reminder calls to patients

　　Answering phones from patients and addressing questions

　　Assisting with insurance / Medicaid questions

　　Handle prior authorizations

　　Registering new patients

　　Filling scripts

　　Packaging and organizing shipments

　　Managing inventory of medications

　　Skills:

　　Pharmacy Technician

　　Qualifications:

　　Pharmacy Technician License Required

　　Experience with customer service or patient care - 1 year minimum

　　At least 1 year of pharm tech experience

　　1+ year specialty or closed-door experience preferred
